Growing up where the social condition of living was substandard, Rolson recognized the need for comfortable accommodations. For he  said, "We did not even have lodges for the tourists and missionaries who visited us." So, after achieving great success in the construction industry and sharing his inspiring journey in his memoir, "God Has Saved Me," he proudly launched the St. Louisville project in 2018.
